The Valkmusa National Park is located approximately 12 kilometres from Route 7 (E18), along highway 3562 north of Siltakylä. The marshlands of the national park are exceptionally versatile for Southern Finland. The variety is evident in the fact that over 30 different types of bog have been classified in the area. The marshland also provides a home and nesting ground to many bird and butterfly species. A 2.5-kilometre-long wooden causeway winds its way through the national park. There is also an observation tower providing another viewpoint for watching the wildlife in the area. Further information at: www.luontoon.fi
