Driving instructions
From road 15 when driving in the direction Kotka - Heinola, pass through Jaala and turn right in 12 km from Jaala towards Siikava/Aurantola. Follow the traffic sign for Aurantola and then turn to Herransaarentie road. Drive to the shore past Aurantola.

Fishing areas
The fishing area is mostly the road embankment that continues from Herransaari, Aurantola shore. Approx. 70 m. The shore deepens rather quickly in few metres and water plants are only a few. Well suited for angling and spinning. Good for starting ice fishing.

Angling: no licence needed
spinning: For 18-64 yers old: Finnish state fishing licence fee + local or provincial lure fishing licence.
